Rotisserie chicken gives you a built-in head start on dinner. It is juicy, already seasoned, and you can shred it in minutes. Then just choose a recipe, toss everything together, and dinner is basically done. Can’t Find a Rotisserie Chicken?
If rotisserie chicken sells out or you cannot get to the store, canned chicken works in almost all of these recipes. Just drain it well and fluff with a fork so it shreds like rotisserie. It is a great pantry backup for busy nights!
