  1. Combine: Preheat the oven to 350ºF, then spray a 9x5x2-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, yellow onion, garlic, egg, milk, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix: Use clean hands or a large spoon to mix until well combined.
