Why These are Cheesy, Easy, and Gone in Seconds
- Real-life tested for busy weeks : If you’re juggling all the things, these ham and cheese sliders are calling your name!
- That buttery, tangy glaze though… The secret weapon: a mustard, butter, and poppyseed glaze that takes these sliders from good to unforgettable.
- Make-Ahead Friendly: You can assemble these ahead of time and pop them in the oven when you’re ready.
Ham & Cheese Slider Ingredients

- Cheese: Want to change things up? Try provolone, Swiss cheese, or any cheese that melts like a dream.
- Protein: You can use roast beef or turkey. When cooking for a large crowd, I make some of each. Just be sure your meat layer is even.
- Sauce: Mayonnaise can be left out of this recipe if you do not enjoy it.
- Dipping Sauce: My kids love to dip their sliders in ranch dressing or honey mustard .
- Breakfast: When we have friends and family stay with us, I add bacon and eggs to make a delicious breakfast option!
- Seasonings: Add Italian , onion, and garlic seasonings for an extra layer of flavor in the glaze.
