Baked Kielbasa Bites
Have you guys ever had kielbasa? It is seriously so good! It’s a Polish sausage that literally means ‘smoked, flavorful pork or beef sausage.’ I’ve been seeing people make this glazed version on social media, and I had to try it. I love a good salty-sweet flavor combo! Baking these gives them that crystallized glaze on the outside and the perfectly juicy sausage bite on the inside! How to Make Glazed Kielbasa Bites
Kielbasa bites are super easy to prepare, making them an easy appetizer recipe for any occasion! I love using kielbasa in the delicious pierogi casserole . No matter how you serve it, these little meat sticks will make your family happy!
- Prep the Kielbasa: Preheat an oven to 400ºF and then spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Slice the kielbasa into 1-inch disks, then set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In a medium bowl, stir together the BBQ sauce, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and red wine vinegar.
- Coat the Sausage in the Sauce: Add the sliced kielbasa to the sauce mixture in the bowl and then toss to coat each piece thoroughly.
- Bake: Place the coated kielbasa pieces onto the prepared baking sheet and then spread them evenly in a single layer. Bake for 10-12 minutes, tossing the pieces halfway through baking. Serve with toothpicks!

Make Kielbasa Bites in the Air Fryer!
Air Fryer Instructions: Line your air fryer with foil or an air fryer liner, then cook the pieces in a single layer at 400ºF for 8-10 minutes. Toss the pieces halfway through cooking. You will need to work in batches to keep them in a single layer.
