- Prep: Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, prepare the steaks by rubbing them with olive oil on each side.
- Cook: Rub Italian seasoning , salt, and black pepper on each side of the steaks. Add the steaks to the air fryer basket and then cook for 12 minutes, turning over after 6 minutes. When done to your preference, let the steaks rest for 10 minutes.

- Medium-Rare: Cook for 10 minutes, flipping at 5 minutes. (135°F)
- Medium: Cook for 12 minutes, flipping at 6 minutes (145°F)
- Well-Done: Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway. (160°F)
