- ▢ 2-3 pounds pork roast
- ▢ 1 cup water
- ▢ 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
- ▢ 1 large onion, sliced into ¼-inch half circles
- ▢ ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ▢ 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- ▢ 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ▢ 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- ▢ 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1 clove
Instructions
- Prepare the slow cooker by spraying it with cooking spray. Place the pork on the bottom and the onions around the pork.
- In a small bowl mix together the water and bullion. Pour the mixture over the pork.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours, depending on the size of the pork.
- When the pork is finished drain the juices and discard the onions. Shred the meat.
- In a small bowl mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. Pour the sauce over the meat and stir.
- Let the meat and sauce cook for another 30 minutes so the flavors are blended, then serve.
